These cost approx. $5,000.00 to install and will save the client on average of $300 per month. He needs to set up a way of getting these loans for construction where they would give him the money to produce the product and then the client would pay back the lender month –to-month. (Of course there would be a slight interest or increase of principal. They would be making monthly payments based on a % of their savings. This is very similar to the Solar Power loan programs. So I was looking to buy new furniture. Im looking to finance it for 0% interest which I know I will qualify for but the "Roomstore" card is issued through HSBC. Well before the start of my senior year I decided I wanted to enlist in the Navy. The only problem was that I was about 60 lbs overweight. My mind was set on the Navy so I decided to try and lose some weight..In about 9 months I have lost close to 50 pounds by pure diet and exercise. I didnt do any hardcore cardio or dumb shortcuts..I just ate healthier and went to the gym 3-5 times a week..all I did was the elliptical and ab workouts such as scissor kicks, crunches, and sit ups. I am proud to say that I am almost at my goal and I wont stop until my goal is reached.

Any tips for newly hatched button quail chicks?

My two quails hatched two little chicks yesterday in my outdoor aviary. I have given them seeds, dried egg yoke and a few worms, they have shelter, but is there anything else? If I can't lift much weight the first few times deadlifting, does it mean I am not naturally very strong?

I am a 36 year old guy who is 5'8" and weigh about 171 pounds. For the past two years every other day I have been doing pull ups (5 sets of 10), push ups (75), planks, sit ups (50), leg lifts (50), bodyweight squats (30), and bodyweight lunges (24). I recently heard that deadlifting is the truest test of strength. So I tried to deadlift for the first time almost four weeks ago and was embarrassed and humiliated. I only started out at about 120 pounds (3 sets of 8 reps)! The next week I was doing 135 (three sets of 8 reps)! Then, just recently, in my last deadlifting session I was only doing sets of 145 pounds and it felt somewhat heavy. There are bone skinny 105 pound and 110 pound women on youtube who are doing 300 pounds! And even the females who are new to deadlifting are all doing about 200 pounds in their first few weeks. There was this one tiny bone skinny 105 woman in particular who started out deadlifting 115 pounds and then a month later she maxed at 180 pounds! It has been over three weeks for me and I probably couldn't do 160! What is wrong with me!? Am I just naturally an extremely weak man? Why was my starting weight so much lower than everyone else's? Most women on youtube can do 150 pounds or more their first time deadlifting. People in forums say you should easily be able to deadlift your weight the first time. I can't do near that and I am an athletic guy. Even if I haven't been doing deadlifts, I have been doing bodyweight squats and lunges for the past two years. So, the fact that I am so extremely weak at the deadlift is a red flag that something is not right. I studied real hard and I learned how to do proper form in the deadlift, too. I am getting proper rest in between deadlifting sessions, too. The problem here is lack of strength. My grip is definitely strong enough because of the pull ups I did. Most people (especially women) can deadlift a lot but they have problems with the grip but the grip is not my problem. My problem is that I might have the weakest lower back and glutes and leg muscles of any man in the world. This is humiliating! I keep thinking, "Is something wrong? Why am I so naturally weak? No grown man at my weight is this weak. Do I have cancer or something?"

My internet won't let me load some pages URGENT NEED PLEASE!?

Okay, I was trying to access some pages for my summer school assignment, and my computer went through one of those windows autmatic updates. I wasn't there to postpone it, so when i got back it had restarted itself. I went and logged in normally, and to my surprise it won't let me load some sites. These are sites I'd regularly visit. My online summer school class, a writing site, forums I post on, etc etc. They just won't load. It will load other pages like facebook, yahoo, etc. The internet browser tries to switch into compatibility mode, but it doesn't work. I switched over to google chrome which i have but never used and the same thing happened. Okay, I'm like something is REALLY wrong. There was no system restore point for me to go back to, and this problem is still happening while I am in safemode with networking. Now, I'm scared, and don't know what to do. This computer doesn't belong to me, its my grandmother's, and I'm using it to do my summer school which it won't let me get to. Abandoned quail nest?

I have a quail nest in my backyard. Started with 16 eggs. The father is nesting them. The other day i found that there were only 14 eggs. One egg broken open and inside emptied, and another broken but insides intact but both left at nest. Today i found the nest in disarray, feathers around, and so on. There are only 8 eggs now, no sign of the father, and the eggs are cold. Only found one egg broken and the inside emptied. All others have disappeared. What would have done this? A roadrunner? Quail do not smell, however, when their young are hatched shortly (a few hours) they leave their nest because they realize an odor has been released and predators will come. If instinct evolved then how did they first figure this out without all being consumed?

IF I were to purchase a home with a cosigner who later became a tenant, their name was removed from the deed (quitclaim) but the mortgage was never refinanced. Over the 2 year time frame their credit score dropped dramatically (phones, credit cards,etc.). Now I want to move (my family has gotten bigger) but there is no way to get the loan refinanced (her credit score is too low) and she has nowhere to go so my home is kind of crowded. She says she will take over the loan (we plan to have legal doc. drawn up saying so) but the lender wants to consider this as my debt. I can't live anywhere rent free so of course she has not always covered the entire mortgage payment, but she has made all the payments electronically. We share a bank acct also that we make the payments out of. Is there any way to prove that she is making the payments (without having cancelled checks) and be able to qualify for a second fha loan. I meet the income, credit, everything, but this mortgage is whats holding me back.

Ok..I am trying to purchase my first home. My mortgage broker who was able to get me pre-approved for the home loan is also my realtor. We were scheduled to see 3 homes on Saturday morning (of Memorial Weekend). I was really interested in these homes! Then Friday night around 9pm he texts me and tells me all homes were sold so we had to cancelled the appts on Saturday Morning. I was thinking oh wow I really liked the homes! Then Tuesday after Memorial Day i checked the MLS and saw the 3 houses still appeared as 'active'. I was like oh wow I thought they were already sold. Then I got suspicious since my husband kept telling me that he probably just cancelled because he realized it was a long weekend and wanted to party and decided to call the properties. Sure enough all the properties were still available and are still available to take offers. What should I do? Should I confront my realtor? Iam really disappointed about this..because it is my future that he is playing for.. I'm pretty sure the answer about them sending the pell grant money back was correct. Sadly higher education has become such a scam, it is disgusting. Right up there with the banks and the other greedy businesses. I would go on an enroll in the community college without the transcripts. This could prove to be difficult. The community college wants your money. Some community colleges will not approve your application until they have your transcripts. If you find this is the case at your community college just re-apply and don't say anything about previous classes. You can always add them later. Then they will try to place you in classes you may have already taken. Don't take a class twice. You need to get the online school catalog and read about withdrawal. All school play games to keep your money. You usually have to fill out withdrawal forms. If you don't then you get a F on your transcript. Usually there is a date published in the catalog that if you withdrawal/drop by this date you get some money back. If not before that date they keep the money. I would check with the lender to see if they got the money back. Also talk with the financial aid people at your community college about this. They can probably give you a phone number where you can verify that the pell money was returned. Ask the community college financial aid person if what the online college did was valid. I think the online school may be keeping the pell grant money and asking you to pay as well. You won't get the transcripts until they get their money. Our govt wants to get this nation educated but my experience with trying to help my kids navigate the system has left me with a extreme disgust for the bull shix that they put people though at the so called higher education systems of the USA! So I have a flowerpot. And it has a plant. A couple of hours ago, I discovered that there was a nest in there with a whole bunch of quail chicks. That's fine and all but I'm worried about their safety. The pot is really tall and the walls are quite high, so its almost impossible for them to get out and impossible for them to get back in. What type of bird is this?

I was on a walk and I saw a bird, I was wondering if anyone could identify it for me please? :) It was quite a plump bird, short. It's feathers were a mixture of overlapping creams, blacks, browns and reddy-browns. The head was white with a black strip and a red ring around the eye. The beak was quite short and the tail feathers were fairly long and skimmed the floor. I think I saw two as one time I noticed it had thorn like spikes on the back of its legs, and then it didn't. My sister has an indoor/outdoor cat and some idiot has tied messages around the cats neck threatening her to be a responsible cat owner and that he has killed quail 2 days in a row (he's a cat what do you expect!) and that the next time he catches her cat he will bring it to the pound. Benefit advice-mortgage, renting?

This might not be what you want to do, but have you considered renting out a room or two? Do you have a basement that you could possible rent out? The rent would be considered income.... so I don't think your plan would work to your favor. Also... the property taxes would increase dramatically for you when you do not live in your house.... and you would need insurance for the rental too.... why don't you take in a few children to watch along with your own?? That would bring in some income to assist you. There are things that you can do that might make it the less than ideal situation ( like renting out a room) but you could stay in your home, and when your husband does get a job, you can change back to living the way you are now.... a single family in your home.

it all depends on how its cooked. baked chicken is better than baked pheasant. i have a recipe for cajun pheasant and its the most amazing thing ive ever tasted. i think they are both fairly equal on the health meter, poultry equals protien. depending on where you are located, chicken may be easier to find.. and more often then not chicken will be cheaper.. i hope this helps you

My quail just hatched and one cannot walk, his feet are still curled under...What to do?

I am raising some quail and it has been about 2 days since they hatched. All but one are doing just fine. This one quail's feet are still curled under-like it just came out of the egg-and so it can not get to its feet. When I put it on its feet for it, he kicks and tries to start walking but falls over onto his back. The quail is very strong, at least as strong as the others, but his feet just wont cooperate. Bank accepted short sale (after almost 1 year), Attorney raising negotiation fee.?

This may get a little confusing... I have a signed agreement with an attorney that clearly states the attorney fee "will be paid from the HUD 1 Settlement statement upon closing". The fee on the Hud 1 is $650, the attorney originally asked for almost $3k. The bank accepted the short sale with the $650 fee on the Hud 1 and I received an amendment to the original agreement with the attorney which now states "the seller is obligated to pay a flat fee of $3k", "purchaser agrees to pay difference between engagement letter amounts ($650) and the amount lender is authorizing." which is $650. This almost seems like they are trying to get both buyer and seller to pay. Can the attorney now ask me to pay since they did not do their job properly and negotiate their own fee high enough? What happens if I don't sign, can I still follow through with agreement? Keep in mind I noted it's almost been one year. I now have until 7/25/2011 to close and the agreement was originally signed on 6/30/2010 expires after 1 year!

Major FML situation: what should I do?

I know this guy in his 40's through this forum a few months ago. I was asking a question about how to get started on some acting/modelling career, which has always been my dream. Their age is 30 so i think if i can add them on and then change to the buy to let, this would obviously be my key option. Like, apparently estate agents in Britain are now selling on average one house a week. Loads of houses are coming on to the market but no buyers. The average age of a first time buyer is in their 30's, heading toward 40, lenders are less and less willing to give interest only mortgages, and their criteria dictate that the cut off point for a 20 year loan to be made would be to a person in their mid to late 40's, to allow the mortgage to be paid off before retirement. Add to this that base rates can only head up in time, there is no room for downward movement. Less job security, massive rises in fuel and food prices, less disposable income, no or modest wage rises. So surely homeowners must realise the asking prices of houses today is WAY TO HIGH !! Houses are only worth what people can pay for them, and one thing is for sure, they can't pay, or lenders criteria won't allow them to pay, the prices being asked at the moment.

Being in the scouts probably wont have any effect on your application, only to the extent that you may utilise many of the skills its given you. In terms of differences between the RAF Regiment and the Royal Marines, yes their primary role is to guard RAF assets at home and in the field, this does not mean that they never see action, they saw a lot of fighting and came under attack a lot in their attempts to make Kandahar safe, but i certainly wouldn't have thought you'de see anywhere near the same amount of action with them as you would in the Royal Marines, unless you are placed in one of the small units within the regiment that support special forces operations.

Mortgage Cancelled - Changed Jobs?

I have been with my current employer over 3.5 years. Recently, I signed a contract on a condo and applied for a mortgage. The mortgage was supposed to close more than a week ago. Due to an inefficient processor, the close was delayed and is scheduled for this Friday. The problem is I start a new job on Monday. The lender/ processor called to verify my employment today and instead of HR simply saying yes she works here they told the lender of my impending resignation. So what I though was a mortgage that was CTC has been reopened. Underwriting is saying that they require 30 days of salary for a new job. I provided them with a copy of my offer letter. My issue is my salary is stable, Im just changing employers. Nevertheless, 30 days means Im screwed and have lost the house. No real question, just venting. Has anyone gone through anything similar and figured out a way to still close as scheduled.

I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in California. Once a school loan lender got notice of my bankruptcy they took my name off the loan and took it out from under my ssn. I could no longer manage the loan. They proceeded after my cosigner. After my bankruptcy discharged I received a letter from this lender basically stateing that since my bankruptcy discharged my name is back on the loan as the primary responsible person for repayment. My bankruptcy lawyer said they can't do this without a new contract being signed.

Well, that happened and they said they do not have that ability and wanted to charge me the entire extent of my contract. I advised if I could afford to pay the entire extent of my contract I would continue to do so and use my membership, so they sent it to collections...I don't know if I should attempt to make payments on this now that I am in a better situation or not. I cannot see paying for something I didn't even get.

I wouldn't house them in the same aviary but if you are set on it- I would introduce them very slowly. Perhaps putting the budgies in a cage around the quails for a couple of weeks. They will be able to see and hear one another but will be safe in the cage. Be cautious. While the budgies may be a mellow bunch, if they are distraught about sharing a cage- things could go very wrong. Good luck to you! :)

Incubating quail eggs?

My husband and i just noticed our daughters king quails have laid 4 eggs, they arent sitting on them and were laid in different parts of the aviary.
