Is there a Rural Development Home Inspection Checklist?

We have been pre-approved by our Lender and have found a house that we would like to purchase. There are some minor repairs that need to be done: trim around doors, two thresholds and crown molding in the two bedrooms and bathroom. We have been told by friends that this could affect the loan and that we, or the sellers, will have to repair this work before the loan can be closed. That being said, is there some sort of public-knowledge Rural Development home inspection check-list? We have already had a home inspection.
