Are quail eggs safe to put in your hair?

I have heard that quail egg is used in some high-end shampoos for the protein and I actually found a nest of quail eggs by the pond near my workplace. I was thinking about taking them and adding them to my regular shampoo because my hair is getting quite brittle.
