Personal loan from presonal lender?

i have been in contact with a personal lender for loan of 3000 euro. i have paid her 700euro to date with no results. i have asked her for my money back and she has now told me that if i pay another 100 euro that she will release the loan to me. i know i was very stupid but i had a lot of debt as i lost my job in december 2010, not sure what or where to go now,
