Can i have quails living in the bottom of my budgie outside Avery, without causing any problems.Thank you.?

I wouldn't house them in the same aviary but if you are set on it- I would introduce them very slowly. Perhaps putting the budgies in a cage around the quails for a couple of weeks. They will be able to see and hear one another but will be safe in the cage. Be cautious. While the budgies may be a mellow bunch, if they are distraught about sharing a cage- things could go very wrong. Good luck to you! :)
