Get loan on house with 587 credit score?

I do not owe on my house, but am very in debt with credit cards, hospital bills and in need of repair to house. My house is probably worth $65,000 or more. I would like to borrow $20,000 to $30,000. Since my credit score is so low I cant find any lender. Help!!!
