Help stuck on level 18 in Supergranny 4!?

Ive read all the forums for it but can't seem to figure it out. How do you get to the blue cage releases at the very top? I can only get to the one by the kitty carrier. One forum said to dig under the cages with the vines in them but can't seem to get those open either. Thx for your help! Katie
