How noisy are quails and how easy are they to look after?

Hi im going to be making and outdoor aviary for my budgies and im thinking about getting some quails. If they are noisy birds then the neighbours might complain so im wondering how noisy they are and how easy they are to care for them? Also do they benifit the aviary in any way?
