I found a baby quail and its about 1-2 days old but it wont eat because its so week.what should i do? help!?

i read that i shouldnt force feed it and the only thing i have to feed it is baby chicken feed. ive tried to crush it up and put the chick on paper towel with the food but it just peeps then falls asleep.
