My Outlook and MSN messenger are gone! Win 7?

I bought Win 7, but could not get my messenger to work so I followed directions on forums and nothing helped, just made it worse. And now my Outlook is gone as well and I can't find out how to re-download it b/c I bought this Win 7 online!
