My Windows Live account was hacked and blocked, and I lost the PIN to recover it. How do I get it back?

The alternate email they have on file no longer exists, and I can't remember the answer to my security question (I created the account when I was twelve). I've tried calling three times, but they won't help me because it was a free account. The PIN and online support was the only hope I had left, but my computer shut down before I could save the PIN. Now I can't access the forum in which they're discussing my case. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could recover this PIN and my account?
