Should i apply to a Citi credit card after being denied a bank of america credit card?

Multiple inquiries can hurt your credit score but it is only for 90 days. If your credit is already bad, you wont hurt it anymore (Theoretically). Personally, I would't apply at one of the monster mega money banks. I would become a member of a local credit union or go to a locally owned bank and apply there.
