Who is this user known as the casual fan rises?

Why is he boring us with one poor question after another? Doesn't he have anything better to do? Why won't he just leave us in peace and quit abus1ng this forum? Good ppl of gender and women's studies, is it time we stand up to him? Should we report all his questions? Maybe then he will go away.
