So I did the final papers on my house and?

they said I would have the keys tomorrow after the recording because it was late in the afternoon. I waited all day and called, the lender called the title place and said the sellers bank needs to approve their stuff. I would think they would have already done this yes? so after I signed the final papers its really not mine yet since the sellers bank hasn't approved their stuff yet?
